How a script becomes scenes

The script is split at sentences, and your words are kept exactly. Headings, bullets and stage directions like [b-roll] or (pause) are dropped. A scene of under four words joins the next one; a sentence over eleven words is cut at the comma nearest its middle, so the picture changes about every four or five seconds.

Quotations and lists stay whole, and nothing is cut mid-phrase under eighteen words. Then our AI plans what each scene shows.

Formats and length

Make it vertical for Shorts, TikTok and Reels (1080×1920) or landscape for YouTube (1920×1080), from a few seconds up to 15 minutes. A one-minute video is usually ready in two or three minutes; a ten-minute one in about 15 to 25, and it keeps going if you close the tab.

The scene editor shows each scene with its words, picture, camera move and graphic. Retype a sentence, ask for a different picture, change a number in a chart, then render again: only what changed is made again.

Scripts that work best read like narration: short sentences, concrete nouns, one idea each. Put numbers in digits when you want them to count up, and write lists as "Three reasons: one, two, three" so they build on screen.

Does it change my words?

No. The narration says the whole script exactly as written. Our AI only decides what each scene shows.

How long can the video be?

Up to 15 minutes, vertical (1080×1920) or landscape (1920×1080).

Can I use my own voice?

Yes. Upload your narration instead of picking a voice: it's transcribed and cut per scene, and the captions follow your timing.

Where do the pictures come from?

Our AI draws a still for every sentence in the look you pick, and moves the camera over it. Motion graphics are drawn over their own dimmed picture.
